As Co-Founder of Hotel2Manage, he contributes to hospitality investments not only from a technical perspective, but through their operating, commercial, digital and sustainable management dimensions.
Throughout his career, he has worked with global hotel brands and group structures on technology, operational systems, pre-opening, infrastructure modernization, digital transformation, process design and management standardization. This background enables him to evaluate how technology decisions directly influence operating quality, guest experience, cost control, revenue management and owner performance.
At Hotel2Manage, he leads the digital operating backbone of hotel, residence, mixed-use, spa-wellness and food & beverage projects; ensuring that systems, reporting, processes and integrations support measurable and sustainable performance.
With experience in spa, fitness and wellness operations, Esra Tomruk specializes in opening processes, team structuring, service standards and operations management. At Hotel2Manage, she is responsible for developing spa-wellness concepts and operational standards.

With experience in sales and marketing, Eda Demir has worked on revenue generation, market positioning, sales organization and brand communication processes for chain hotels and opening projects. At Hotel2Manage, she leads commercial strategy and marketing management.
