Ferhat Yıldız has more than 20 years of experience across international hospitality, luxury hotels, multi-property operations and enterprise technology leadership. As Co-Founder of Hotel2Manage, he contributes to hospitality investments not only from a technical perspective, but through their operating, commercial, digital and sustainable management dimensions.

Throughout his career, he has worked with global hotel brands and group structures on technology, operational systems, pre-opening, infrastructure modernization, digital transformation, process design and management standardization. This background enables him to evaluate how technology decisions directly influence operating quality, guest experience, cost control, revenue management and owner performance.

At Hotel2Manage, he leads the digital operating backbone of hotel, residence, mixed-use, spa-wellness and food & beverage projects; ensuring that systems, reporting, processes and integrations support measurable and sustainable performance.

Ferhat Yıldız started his career in hospitality technology and later took leadership responsibilities in international hotel chains, luxury hotel brands and multi-property group structures. He gained experience in pre-opening, rebranding, system transitions, infrastructure deployment and operational technology management across Turkey, Azerbaijan, Hungary and Switzerland.

His professional background includes technology operations and standards in projects such as JW Marriott Absheron Baku, JW Marriott Ankara, The Ritz-Carlton Budapest and Hotel de la Paix Geneva. In group IT director roles, he led digital transformation, infrastructure modernization, system integrations, cloud transitions, security architecture, operational standardization and management reporting across multi-property hospitality operations.
